1. The Long Weekend Retreat opened in 2006 with one step online bookings and weekend catered packages. It think that makes us ‘pioneers’ of the Airbnb phenomenon. Happy 13th Birthday to us!
2. In 2016 we opened Queen Bee Cottage, Milton offering a village and foodie South Coast experience

Just this year we bravely relocated our flagship Long Weekend Retreat to FNQ (for you southerners that is Far North Queensland!) ’cause we fell in love with the magical millstream location and our own platypus, waterfall and natural plunge pool. And did I mention we have 2km of private river frontage too.
4. We moonlight as managers of Piccaninny Plains Wildlife Sanctuary in Cape York for the Australian Wildlife Conservancy. You can take a sneak peek at our Piccaninny Plains world here.
